I began my career in advertising before founding Focus People, now one of Australia’s leading market research recruitment agencies, and later establishing Bayside Focus Group Rooms, a purpose-built research and meeting facility in Melbourne’s bayside.
Alongside my businesses, I work with business owners to improve efficiency, build offshore support teams, and implement practical systems that help them delegate more effectively and reclaim their time.

Bayside Focus Group Rooms is a purpose-built research and collaboration space in Melbourne’s bayside suburb of Hampton. Established nearly 10 years ago, it was originally designed for focus groups and has since expanded to support workshops, meetings, co-working, and taste testing projects.The venue provides a professional, comfortable, and fully equipped environment designed to support seamless research and business collaboration.In addition to the venue, we also assist business owners to improve efficiency by helping them find and onboard virtual assistants from the Philippines. This includes guidance on delegation, role setup, and building more effective systems so business owners can buy back their time and focus on higher-value work.
